Training Programmes
Training that works in the real world of hospitality
Procedures only protect people when the people working the event actually understand them. Penta Nova delivers training for managers and all event staff — including the agency workers who arrive on the day without knowing your venue.
Manager Training
Onsite Manager Training
A half-day face-to-face session designed for the people who will make decisions, lead staff and coordinate with emergency services if something happens at your venue. Delivered at your premises, built around your specific layout and event programme.
